The short version
- Sparklets is a paid, private assistant. You pay us directly — we don't run ads, sell your data, or monetize your attention.
- We never train a foundation model on your private content.
- Your data exists for one purpose: so your assistant can serve your requests.
- Export a full copy or permanently delete everything, anytime, in Settings.
The full policy below is the binding version.
1. Who We Are
Sparklets.ai is operated by Avant Digital Inc. References to Sparklets, Sparklets.ai, Emma, we, us, or our mean Avant Digital Inc and the Sparklets services we provide.
Sparklets is an AI assistant platform that helps users delegate work, manage tasks, connect services, process communications, and coordinate real-world follow-through across web, mobile, email, calendar, files, phone, messaging, and other connected channels.
2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information, including name, email address, phone number, timezone, preferences, communication style, billing plan, and authentication identifiers.
Content you provide or authorize us to process, including messages, task goals, task history, files, email content, calendar data, contact references, call notes, recordings, transcripts, meeting content, LinkedIn content, approvals, and instructions.
Connected account data from services you choose to connect, such as Google, Microsoft, iCloud, LinkedIn, Telegram, phone, voice, file, and calendar providers. The specific data depends on the powers you enable and the permissions you grant.
Usage, device, security, and diagnostic information, including IP address, browser or device type, app version, logs, API events, approximate usage, payment events, error reports, and security signals.
3. How We Use Information
To provide Emma and the Sparklets service, including understanding requests, creating tasks, using approved tools, drafting communications, making calls, searching connected accounts, summarizing documents, and producing follow-ups.
To personalize the experience through memories, preferences, durable facts, task context, communication style, and connected-service labels you configure.
To secure, operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service, including abuse prevention, billing, support, reliability, usage metering, and product analytics.
To comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users and Avant Digital Inc, and respond to lawful requests.
4. AI Processing
Sparklets uses AI models, transcription services, search services, browser automation, communication services, infrastructure providers, and other subprocessors to process your requests and return useful outputs.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal task content, connected account content, voice recordings, transcripts, or files to train a Sparklets foundation model.
Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may process submitted content solely to provide, secure, and improve their services according to their own contractual and technical controls. Where supported, we configure providers to limit training or retention of customer content.
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them, sending them, approving them, or using them for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Connected Services and Actions
When you connect a power, Sparklets may access and act through that service within the permissions you grant. Examples include reading email, drafting or sending messages, reading or writing calendar events, importing files, placing calls, or publishing approved LinkedIn posts.
You can disconnect powers or revoke provider permissions at any time. Some task history, logs, files, or records created before disconnection may remain in Sparklets until deleted under our retention practices.
If you ask Emma to contact another person or business, you authorize Sparklets to process the relevant context and communicate on your behalf through the selected channel.
6. Voice, Calls, Meetings, and Recordings
Voice, phone, and meeting features may process audio, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, and action items.
You are responsible for using recording, transcription, and call features lawfully, including obtaining any consent required by your organization, jurisdiction, meeting platform, or participants.
Sparklets may use third-party communication, voice, transcription, and realtime infrastructure providers to deliver these features.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information with service providers and subprocessors who help us operate Sparklets, including hosting, authentication, database, AI, transcription, communications, payments, analytics, security, and support providers.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Security and Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, tenant isolation, logging, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Sparklets, satisfy legal or business requirements, resolve disputes, secure the service, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, but some information may remain where retention is required or technically necessary.
9. Your Choices
You can update profile settings, memories, permissions, connected powers, notification channels, and billing settings in the product where available.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required.
You can choose not to connect powers or grant certain permissions, but some assistant capabilities may be limited.
10. Children, International Use, and Changes
Sparklets is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed for users who cannot legally consent to using an AI assistant service.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing in-product notice.
11. Contact
Questions, requests, or privacy concerns can be sent to privacy@sparklets.ai or legal@sparklets.ai.
This policy is intended to describe Sparklets practices clearly for beta and launch users. It should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.
